Redeem your Applause Points before June 25

Circle of Care is moving to a new method of recognition for employees and off of the Applause platform. This means that all employees will have until June 25, 2024 to redeem their point balance via the Applause Catalogue. After this date, the points will be lost. You can transfer your point balance onto a single gift card. For detailed instructions, please refer to the linked PDF:

Points that are redeemed for a cash gift card (ie. VISA. MasterCard, Amazon), or over $500 total in value will be a taxable benefit.

Complete the Indigenous Cultural Competency in Healthcare e-learning

All employees must complete a 30-minute e-learning module on Indigenous culture and its implications for healthcare professionals by July 23, 2024.

To access the course:

  1. Log into your Dayforce account.
  2. Select the ‘Learning Tab’.

You will receive 30 minutes of paid training, which will be paid out in August.

Ask Us Anything

How many hours do I need to work as full-time employee and how many for part time per week?
• Full-Time: A full-time employee means an employee who works on average twenty-five (25) hours per week or more. In order to qualify as a full-time employee, members need to work 1300 hours for the calendar year. For clarity, this does not include vacation or sick time.
• Part–Time: A part-time employee means an employee who works on average less than twenty-five (25) hours per week.

How do I renew my ID badge?
You can come to the head office reception during office hours and one of the admin team will get your badge renewed.

We invite you to submit your questions or feedback below. Please note that it may take us longer to provide some answers, so if you’ve asked a question that hasn’t been answered yet, we will get back to you in the coming weeks.
