Announcing Our New Vision, Mission, and Values!

We’re excited to announce Circle of Care’s new vision, mission, and values to you!

Since joining Sinai Health’s integrated health system in 2015, we adopted a broad Vision, Mission, and Values that reflected our shared identity. Over time, we recognized the importance of focusing on our individual identity as well. We wanted our vision, mission, and values to clearly communicate our purpose, how we aim to achieve it, and the values we cherish to our staff, clients, and community.

In 2019, Sinai Health introduced a new vision, mission, and values, and we started developing our own last year. We collaborated with an external agency to conduct thorough market research and hold interviews and focus groups with partners, PSWs, and volunteers. In early summer, we gathered feedback from our staff through digital surveys, and in late August, we had an in-person interactive consultation (as shown above).

Thank you to all the PSWs for taking the time to vote on your favorite mission, vision, and values! Your input has been invaluable in shaping our organization’s future. Here are the results!
