We are proud to announce that Circle of Care has achieved the Canada Awards for Excellence (CAE) Gold Certification in Excellence Canada’s Healthy Workplace Standard.
Excellence Canada is a non-profit organization that champions organizational excellence and performance across the nation. They provide a range of Standards that organizations can aim to be certified in. For Circle of Care, over the last several years, we have been focused on the Healthy Workplace Standard, which seeks to ensure ongoing commitment to employee health, safety and well-being. Back in 2021, we received the ‘Bronze’ level certification and for 2024 have been focused on achieving the ‘Gold’ level certification.
We would like to extend a formal thank you to all employees who participated in the Focus Groups on September 25th.
