Circle of Care is excited to announce that Applause, our social and points recognition program, is now live!

With this exciting new program, staff will be able to recognize or celebrate each other’s accomplishments in real time. Points can be earned through recognition by a supervisor or manager and, once accumulated, can be used to purchase various items available in the Achievers catalogue.

You will receive 500 points for activating your account and another 500 points for giving out your first recognition. Sign up during the month of September, for a chance to win a prize! We will announce one winner each week up until October.

Where to find Applause

Applause can be accessed via phone, tablet, or desktop. To download the platform onto your phone or tablet, search for the ‘Achievers’ application in your app store and download it.
