Congratulations to this Week’s Champions of Care!

This program is designed to recognize employees who go above and beyond their day-to-day duties, and who exemplify Circle of Care’s values.

Note: New nominations will be posted on Mondays.

Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:

  • Clients/Family Members: Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.
  • Managers: A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:
  1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.
  2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.
  3. The person has actively demonstrated one of Circle of Care’s values.

Congratulations to this week’s Champions of Care nominees:

  • “Recently I worked with Allison Kujbida to fill vacancies in a number of social work & case manager positions. Allison was fantastic to work with – collaborative, helpful and responsive. She was so professional, had such great objectivity & insight and overall, I felt Allison has elevated our interviewing & on-boarding process for new staff. I learned so much from her partnering on these hiring decisions over the last 2 months. Thank you Allison for all your hard work, you are really making a positive impact!” – Alison Kilbourn
  • “I wanted to take a moment to just share what an awesome experience I had working with Tara Stickwood as we were both were On Call together for the first time this past week. Tara’s high level of professionalism and communication could not be matched. She was available at all times to talk things out and explain situations (being Exercise & Falls Prevention Supervisor.. my knowledge of Home Services was not vast compared to the level of CSSs). She was patient with me and she taught me more than she realized in many aspects. She handled situations with care and a level of service that really inspired me. It was a pleasure working with you Tara and I hope to continue to work together closely again in the future!” – Laura Tichonchuk
