Congratulations to this week’s Champions of Care nominees:
- “While the ADP has been closed for face to face clients our Program staff PSWs Sofia Vainshtein, Cecilia Katantkatang and LadyBell Marquez have brought joy to our clients and families by engaging them singing their favorite songs, doing trivia, telling stories reading poems and listening to them reminisce. They have also prepared activity packages, taken part in ZOOM programs, created art projects and welcome back cards, and assisted us in going paperless (no more client binders). We thank our outstanding Program Assistants for all that they do for us each and every day!” – Madeline D’Arpino
- “I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Bella Madalina Prodan, for her commitment to our MOW clients, for her collaboration and courage and for her willingness to help others. Bella stepped in and helped deliver meals for the last 4 weeks to one of the buildings where was a COVID outbreak. MOW provides a vital service to a vulnerable population and in this time we applaud Bella who displayed selflessness and genuine caring for those that needed her help the most during COVID. She delivered 350 meals during these weeks. Thank you Bella for being an amazing person. Your contribution is appreciated.” – Inna Dantchenko
- “A big thank you to Aditya Matlani for all the technical support he provides for the MOW team. Aditya’s commitment, creativity and high standards of customer service do not go unnoticed. He is very courteous and attentive, always responds to issues in a timely manner and does his best to resolve any IT/technical difficulties. Aditya always goes above and beyond to help the MOW team. Bravo, Aditya – great job!” – Inna Dantchenko
- “I feel privileged to nominate Lori Seed as a true Champion of Care for her commitment and dedication to Circle of Care and our MOW clients. For the last 4 weeks Lori delivered meals every Wednesday to clients who were sick or on quarantine to one of the buildings with an outbreak of COVID. Most of the people she delivered to only speak Russian but they responded to her smile and her warm words like “stay at home,” “be healthy,” “we are thinking about you”. They smiled back and called MOW to express their gratitude for the service Circle of Care provides.” – Inna Dantchenko
- • “I cannot not say enough good things about the service I received from Sheree Roberts. Sheree gave 150% above average in responding in an appropriate timely manner to my requests, in trying to match the PSW to us, and in helping my wife have the best possible service available. I am very grateful for the service my wife receives from Circle of Care and for the care Sheree takes when thinking about services for her.” – Client’s husband
- “Maria Theresa Ablao is an amazing and wonderful PSW. She is very caring and takes really good care of my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law really loves her. I really appreciate with all what she does to allow my mother-in-law to continue living at home”. – Client’s daughter-in-law
- “My mother passed away a few days ago. I really appreciate with all the care PSW Sylvia Taton provided to my mom over the last few years. She is an amazing and caring person and was always there for my mom. My family and I having been going through a tough time over the past couple of weeks, and I really hope Sylvia is doing fine. Our family would like to pass our greatest gratitude to Sylvia for all the years she had been with my mom.” – Client’s son
