Congratulations to this Week’s Champions of Care!
This program is designed to recognize employees who go above and beyond their day-to-day duties, and who exemplify Circle of Care’s values.
Note: New nominations will be posted on Mondays.
Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:
- Clients/Family Members: Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.
- Managers: A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:
- Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.
- The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.
- The person has actively demonstrated one of Circle of Care’s values.
Congratulations to this week’s Champions of Care nominees:
- “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Sofia Vainshtein for helping with the vaccination of my mother. Sofia was called to help when the vaccination team arrived to administer the vaccine and my mom was not cooperating. Sofia made all the difference – since she speaks Russian, she was able to explain to my mother the inoculation process, calm her down and make her comfortable. - “PSW Elena Bragina has been like a gift to my mother. She is incredibly supportive, kind, patient and a true professional. In the most difficult times, Elena has always been there for my mother. Even in times when my mother is moody and says harsh things, Elena never loses her patience, but instead shows even more kindness and understanding. My mother is so incredibly lucky to have her and I will forever be grateful that she is there for her when I am far away in another country. Thank you so much, Elena!” – Client’s daughter
