Whistleblower Incident Reporting

What is a Whistleblower?

A whistleblower is a person who reports a serious problem at work.

This could be something that is unsafe, dishonest, or against the law. At Circle of Care, you can report a concern without worrying about losing your job or being treated unfairly.

What You Should Report

Please report if you see another Circle of Care employee committing any of the following acts:

  • Breaking the law.
  • Breaking Circle of Care’s policies or Code of Conduct.
  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or workplace violence.
  • Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual behaviour.
  • Unsafe work that could hurt someone.
  • Stealing, fraud, or misuse of money or property.
  • Changing or creating false records or documents.
  • Accepting money, gifts, discounts, or favours from a client or anybody working with Circle of Care.

Only report something if you honestly believe it is true. Knowingly making a false report may lead to disciplinary action.
