For every successful referral you make, you will receive a bonus following the completion of the new PSW’s probationary period. And remember, whenever you make a successful referral you gain more than a bonus — you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you are working with like minded individuals who are committed to making a difference in the community.
I acknowledge that in order for my referral to be considered, the person I have referred has to apply online through the Circle of Care careers site www.circleofcare.com/careers or email a resume to referrals@circleofcare.com.
To participate in this program, please read the following steps below:
- Complete the form below.
- HR will consider the potential applicant and contact the individual directly to proceed with an interview if the candidate’s work experience, skills and education match the job requirements of an available position.
- If your candidate is hired, Human Resources will notify you on a successful referral.
- You must be actively employed by Circle of Care to remain eligible for the award.
- Payment will be paid in full after the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period of 480 client facing hours. Referrers who are eligible for payout will receive the amount of the payout, less applicable taxes.
