Congratulations to this Week’s Champions of Care!
This program is designed to recognize employees who go above and beyond their day-to-day duties, and who exemplify Circle of Care’s values.
Note: New nominations will be posted on Mondays.
Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:
- Clients/Family Members: Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.
- Managers: A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:
- Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.
- The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.
- The person has actively demonstrated one of Circle of Care’s values.

Her warm and easy going presence and willingness to help out when we need her is much appreciated by myself and the team. She has demonstrated excellent team work and initiative. - “Last week, I moved my mother into her new apartment. Although she was so reluctant with this change in her life, the building and unit are wonderful; it is clean, friendly and in the neighbourhood my mother wanted to be in. - “I want to give a very special thank you and to commend drivers Stephen Mathuranayga and John Casalini. They were both incredibly efficient when I lost my phone in the car. It was taken to 4211 Yonge Street by Stephen, and John was notified about the phone. John’s last pick up of the day happened to be me, and he brought me to the office where I was given my phone back.
