Circle of Care is committed to support the health, safety and well-being of our employees by ensuring compliance to the regulations that are set forward in the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA). We also strive to ensure that hazardous conditions are identified, prioritized, and that prevention techniques are communication to our employees on a regular basis.
Virtual Health & Safety Board
This “Virtual Board” provides you with helpful information regarding Health and Safety at Circle of Care. Our Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) meets on a quarterly basis to review any health & safety concerns from our employees. Our JHSC is comprised of representatives from various departments, and includes members for management and non-management levels. The committee is tasked with improving the safety of the work environment, and ensuring the safety of our employees.
