This is a reminder that Circle of Care is moving away from the Applause Recognition Platform. We still have a large number of PSWs/Homemakers who have not yet redeemed their points. As such, we have extended the end of program deadline, and all points must be redeemed by Friday, July 19 otherwise they will be lost.
Please log into your Applause account and redeem your points. If you do not know your log in details, or have never logged into the account – please contact our HR team at HRDept@circleofcare.com or 416-635-2900 x267 or 416-270-6376 so that we can assist you though this. Our email and voicemail box is checked several times a day, and we will respond to you within a couple of hours. If you need assistance with resetting your log in details, we will email you the new credentials, so we ask that you also monitor your personal email to allow us to help you faster.
