There have been some updates to the Supply Ordering process. The list of items in the PSW mobile app has been updated to reflect all PPE and other supplies that are available for you to order from Circle of Care.
Order on Demand
We have updated the quantity options and you will now have the ability to “order on demand.” This means that you will have the choice to select your desired quantity for most items. You will notice that some items will show x10 or x5 in the description of the item so that you know how many pieces are in a single order.
There are still some PPE items where you will only be given one option for quantity selection. For those items, the quantity is calculated using an algorithm which takes into consideration the estimated number of clients or hours you are scheduled to work over a 3 week period. Some of these restricted PPE items are medical gloves and surgical masks.
Reminders
If you need an item you must select a quantity. Any item that is not selected will not be included in your supply package.
Please remember, all PSWs and Homemakers are responsible for reordering supplies when needed and it is an expectation that you are equipped with the right PPE before you arrive at a client’s home to provide service.
