We were recently notified from external job candidates and employees that they are receiving emails from “Dayforce” aiming to offer gift cards and tricking users into divulging their Dayforce login information, banking information and/or credit card information. These emails are fraudulent.

Please note that Circle of Care will not ask you to confirm credit card or banking information through emails from Dayforce. If you need to update your direct deposit/banking information for payroll purposes, please contact our Payroll department directly via email Payroll@circleofcare.com and speak with a Payroll Representative.

It is important for all employees to be cautious. Please ensure that you are accessing the legitimate Dayforce platform by validating the website’s URL and security certificates. See below.
