Congratulations to the Champions of Care Nominees for June!
This program is designed to recognize employees who go above and beyond their day-to-day duties, and who exemplify Circle of Care’s values.
Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:
- Clients/Family Members: Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.
- Managers: A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:
- Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.
- The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.
- The person has actively demonstrated one of Circle of Care’s values.
Congratulations to the PSW/Homemaker Champions of Care nominees for June 2021:
- “PSW Ayrin Tagiuam visited our house regularly late spring and early summer to give support for the caring of my husband. Immediately on the first visit she showed developed personal skills interacting with him, a man not usually at ease with strangers. She was able to direct him through exercises that he had previously been uncooperative with others. Following each session, if there were time and on her own initiative, she would look about to see if she could help out in some way. Ayrin is a treasure of an employee. Hats off to the person who hired her, and I hope she is well appreciated for her outstanding care.” – Client’s wife
