Starting November 15, we will start using a NEW location for PPE pick ups, instead of the Adult Day Program at Dufferin & Steeles.
The site at our current ADP will be closing in November, as we move our Adult Day Program north to the Lebovic Campus in Vaughan. We are committed to providing our field staff with more convenient locations to pick up PPE orders, and our Admin team was able to secure a new location.

1110 Finch Ave W. , Unit 40 (near Dufferin & Finch)
Hours for Pick-Up:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am-6:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am-3:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
Note: PPE packages will only be held for one week (7 days) and if they do not get picked up, packages will be returned to the Head Office.
How to Pick Up Your Package at the UPS Store
When picking up your package please see the staff member at the desk and let them know that you are a PSW from Circle of Care and you are here to pick up your package.
Also, please be sure to read the memo that will be placed inside of your next PPE Kit, as it includes the directions and updates to the supply ordering process via your PSW App.
