We have a limited number of tickets available for this event. Please make sure you register by Wednesday, June 17 to secure your spot. Everyone must register for their own ticket and tickets cannot be given to someone else. If you have RSVPed but find you are unable to attend, please contact Moon at mphan@circleofcare.com to cancel your ticket, freeing up space for others.
Event Theme
This year’s theme is Aloha Summer! You’ll be welcomed with a lei (a wreath of flowers) as you enter. We encourage you to dress up in florals, dance to the music, and enjoy a relaxing evening as the sun sets.

Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes. If you have to cancel your ticket, please reach out to Moon at mphan@circleofcare.com and let her know you will be cancelling your ticket.

Please RSVP individually for the event, as you will need to provide your email address. Note that any duplicate emails will be removed.
